My grandparents came to this country from Italy about 80 years ago and settled in the New York area. Through them and my extended family, I was fortunate enough to experience the truly unique and incredible Italian culture in all of its forms.
For me, La Dolce Vita entails not just an appreciation for the fine arts, but also living well on a daily basis. I can think of no better way to do so than through authentic food and drink inspired by my heritage.
